Wadi Rum is an incredible beautiful desert. Out of the desert, sandstone rocks of the most bizarre forms emerge into steep mountains. The colours change over the day. Only Bedouins are living here. The area is famous from the stories about Lawrence of Arabia, who had in the First World War here his hiding place in the battle against the Turks of the Ottoman Empire.
